In a regular blog series for Nature magazine, Teresa Lambe talks about her work on the race to find a COVID19 vaccine, which started in January 2020, as soon as the genetic information for SARS-CoV-2 was published.
"The search for a vaccine took over my life," she says. "I’ve never worked harder. If I had any advice for my former self in January, I’d say take more holidays."
